Including recipes in a knitting site might not seem like a logical choice, but I have included recipes for two reasons. First, we all sometimes spend too much time on an activity and fixing a meal becomes a problem.

Secondly, knitters generally share at least two of the following: they are great cooks, dedicated gardeners, or work in the medical field. Fast, easy, and "always taste great" recipes are hard to find. Following is part of my collection.

Pictured at right is my homemade cookbook that was inspired by my son and contains all my favorite recipes. It is a 5x8 inch three ring binder with cardstock pages cut in half.
