Dish Cloth Doily Pattern

If you want to try the two color version, add the second yarn after the
doily 1Materials: 100% cotton yarn - not mercerized
Needles: Size 8
Pattern: Cast on 16 stitches.
 
Row 1: Slip 1 stitch, knit 3 stitches, Yarn Over, Knit 10 Stitches, TURN, knit to end.
 
Row 2: Slip 1 stitch, knit 3 stitches, Yarn Over, Knit 9 Stitches, TURN, knit to end.
 
Row 3: Slip 1 stitch, knit 3 stitches, Yarn Over, Knit 8 Stitches, TURN, knit to end.
 
Row 4: Slip 1 stitch, knit 3 stitches, Yarn Over, Knit 7 Stitches, TURN, knit to end.
 
Row 5: Slip 1 stitch, knit 3 stitches, Yarn Over, Knit 6 Stitches, TURN, knit to end.
 
Row 6: Bind off 5 stitches, knit remaining 15 stitches.
 
Row 7: Knit across 16 stitches.

Repeat rows 1-7 until a full circle is created. approximately 13 repeats.
Bind off. Join cast on and bind off edges with whip stitch. Work in ends.

If you want to try the two color version, add the second yarn after the Row 6 is done. Before Row 7 of subsequent repeats drop the old color and pick uo the new color. When you finish a repeat, change to the other yarn alternating the colors. You do need to work an even number of repeats.
